I was wondering what the point levels are for different rankings, like serf, squire, and knight. Does anybody know???

On the help page the only ranks displayed were the base ranks like serf and squire. I wanted the more descriptive ranks like squire wood, silver and gold. Thanks to SwitchFoot, I know what they are.
