At this moment you cannot look at anybody that is not in the top 100, but maybe if you talk to a mod, they might be able to help.

The mods are Carlie, Asherlee, Dank, Calm and Moegreche. They have files so just talk to them.

I don't get your last comment?
You can't look up users that aren't in the top 100, except if you know their username: then you could simply write the username in the adress bar. That's all you can do ATM.
