i have a few games i want to add but i dont know what dimensions are or how i find them out
Okay, the dimensions are the size of you file (width and length). To find them out, you open your flash file, go to "change size" (or something similar) and see what it say in pixels, without changing the size. Remember, only submit you own games.

Hmm yeah...just that some creators do not want to go through the hassle of submitting games, especially if they only submit one.
