If no one cared, it wouldn't matter either way. So if he found it entertaining while no one else cared, well no one else would care, so it wouldn't matter to us whether or not he did it.
That's 'cause they're technically right, that's why =P Judging by how many kids under 13 I've seen on this site, a good amount of parents don't care what their kid does on the Internet. I could be looking up teh pr0nz right now and my parents wouldn't know, granted I'm 16 in comparison to a 12-year old but still >_<
