The fly is making noise and by the frog eating it the noise is killed off.
It never stated in the haiku that the fly was making noise...the main point of the haiku also was about how the frog wasn't a frog, BUT if it was a frog then the fly would be gone. Nothing about noise
The fact that noise isn't mentioned. Its also not about clowns, chickens, or cannabilism. So whats your point? As Nicho said, it's the judges duty to determine what the poem is about, and then if it should be considered or discarded.
