Chi Pulse - Blinding Light - Flash of Brilliance - Super Saiyan Form - Wonder Blast. Then you could spam Recover, then rise and repeat...

Add a
Protection From Above (CD: 12, Use: 1, 5 Focus)
Decrease damage taken by 20% but also decrease damage dealt by 20%. Lasts 3 turns.
Use this before blinding light than it will expire so you can use wonder blast.
