How do you defeat the robot?

Get a vanguard and the best crew you can find(the strongest) and give them the best weapons and armour, its simple really.

Well according to me first play like a normal person and earn money then start attacking the enforcers when you've got a vanguard. ONLY TAKE THOSE GUYS WHO HAVE THEIR ATTACK AND DEFENSE GOOD and equip them with the best armor and weapons that is claymore and mithryl armor

i did it and now i've conquered the whole place

this isn't about the robot but it helped me. After making some money I started traveling to Kyre and buying a lot of silver and bronze and then traveling to the neighbouring Doxinark to sell the silver and bronze for high profit and repeat this over and over to make a lot of money fast

The towns are always random, but Ussually Maxin has very low prices on its resources. Ussually you can merchant Bronze for a steady and high price on the other nearby towns. Its best to merchant Bronze or Silver, but any substance works well. Narcotics ussually sell high in the southern parts, and are cheaper the further north-west you go.

A vanguard will see you on the way to victory, and try to equip your team with the best armour and weapons

I know this doesn't relate to the first question, but how do you take a city without being killed?

disortri the best way to take a city is to wait until you have a tank or vanguard and a lot of well equipped people and attack. Probably best to attack cities with low technology and population first.
