I think they can make 50 if they want.

Almost all of them are totally seperate story wise, one or two are in the same universe but different times.

Many of them have unique leveling/combat systems.

Who cares if they make Final Fantasy 50?  Just because it has the same name?  The games are all different.

As long as there are JRPG fanatics who buy every flop and gem FF will always exist. Even though there success makes me RAGE.

i think there is too many final fantasy's and in my own oppinion i dont like ANY of them. i love rpgs and games like that but the way final fantasy is built i dont know why it just really, dissapoints me.

to me a final fantasy game is a grind fest combined with a book.

you want a grind fest? Go play Dragon Warrior or Dragon Quest. 3x slower fighting with 1/3 the spoils. Play them for a week and play any Final Fantasy and see how much faster the game is.
