Yes there are other image hosting sites, but you need an image hosting site to post images using BB code, so as to post them on Armor Games. Here are a few:

With tinypic, make sure you go back and make sure IMG is changed to img. If img is capitalized, it won't work.

You can post photos from pretty much any website. Just make sure you use the correct BB code.
