*Complying with rules, I wont flame ;3*

Well, You have to be a chosen person out of the group that sticks out, Helping people and such.

Most of the time, You must not have been banned. Ever.

Also, You must be...

1. Helpful
2. Nice
3. Compliant
4. Positive
5. Not "RAGEQUITTING" all the time

But of course, This is to my knowledge. And I just joined ArmorGames community :3

Jesse, if anyone is becoming a mod soon, it won't be you.  The mods look for people who are always nice, never insulting, never ASK TO BE A MOD, never get really mad at people, who have lot of forum posts, a good deal of merits, and post  lot in the WEPR and S&S sections.  Sorry if I sound mean, but you don't have the best chances of being a mod at this point.  You've asked to be a mod THREE TIMES.  But try hard and you might end up being a mod.

Don't listen to Alt there.

Wait wait wait, Voidy broke the wheel.  Remember?  You should remember, you're the co-GM :P

Hey, I am trying to fix it! Sadly my grades in carpentry is just a bit lower than my grades is "How not to complain about the crappy weather". Someone has to do it, all know girls can't do that stuff;P

I could totally be like the way I am and ask you to read this link, but honestly, most of the requirements that the staff looks for in a potential mod is common sense.

1. Heavily-Excellent Responsibility with everything, including being honest, trustworthy, and most of all, mature.

2. Great Posting Record. This means that you mainly post coherent, strong posts. They, the staff, look for a high number of forum posts and game reviews.

3. Strong Urge to Help: obvious

4. Activity. They don't want people who sleep 5 days a week not being on the site. They want people who are there, so when a problem arises, you can be there to help out.

-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

(indirect requirements that help)

5. Friendly, Great sense of humor. Just about every mod is this. You see them joke every now and then, but sometimes they get out of control and be unproductive.

6. Intelligent.

...

The thing with the Wheel...they are yanking your chain.

Oh, the wheel of moderation!  I forgot about that.

We spin a giant wheel every once in a while that has the name of every member on it. When it lands on a name, they become a moderator. You just need luck.

NoName, I thought the wheel broke*coughVoidybrokeitcough*. So now, instead of spinning a giant wheel to determine a new moderator, we have to go the BORING way(despite Cenere's best efforts to repair the wheel, the giant gouges simply could not be fixed. Not to mention how the wheel was ripped in half, right off its axle).
Here are some things that the administrators look for in a new moderator(because the wheel is broken...*sniff*)
-Maturity. You need to be responsible and mature; no flaming, no trolling, willing to help other users, kind, trustworthy, and responsible.
-Intelligence. Basically, at least fairly adequate grammar and coherency.
-Good Record. You have to have good posts and a good record on ya; no bans.
-Active. They need mods who are active most of the time, otherwise they wouldn't do much good.
And the most important...
DON'T ASK.
Good luck buddy. From what I can see, you'll need it.

Real mature Moat, taking what I took from the link and adding it in your own words like I did XD Yeah, that'll look good on your record!
