awe this is the creepiest thing in the world. Its just a weird face, and for some reason I seem to recall this mans face. Now hopefully this could just be a psychological test, because as soon as someone says "many patients have reported seeing him" all of a sudden peoples minds hit a certain switch and now they "remember" seeing him as well. Not to mention its an easy face to duplicate. We have a dream of sumone balding, someone with bushy eyebrows, big lips, or an abnormally round face and this face automatically becomes that. This is because the abnormal facial features are so rememberal that the dreamt face easily becomes something that resembals this mans face when shown of a picture of it. Although, this man could just be psychokenesis, and uses his powers to implant his face into your memory for the rest of your life. Or he is Satan and the same thing that happened to the couple in the movie paranormal activity will eventually happen to you later in life.
