nice thats easy though you just use paint...

that was not done using paint... sorry, but no... someone likely re-wrote the script in the game to say that, and it would be such a pain in the ass to do in paint, making each letter spaced correctly and such...

actually, i reverse my last statement... i just took a closer look at the lettering, and the pixels dont match on the letters, so id say it would be easily done in paint... at first glance, i thought it was evenly spaced, with identical characters...
