I believe the main reason is because the AG server(s) can't count right. I mean, the main purpose of AG is not to keep time, but to play games. And like Ryan says, it's messed up.
It's best to find a way to kill time until you can post =/
Go on YouTube. Answer your comments. Buy a Rubrics cube. That sort of thing.
I found something interesting: Every time this happens, the whole website's time system gets all messed up. I'm seeing it have 20 minutes time intervals between posts, except one is more recent, it having only a post, even though 2 others have already been posted.
If you're a programming buff and you annoy yourself with the problems on ArmorGames... why not apply for a job?
They're hiring! Check the homepage top left!
If I was any good, I would apply for a job, but I have the maximum capacity of my brain filled with playing games! Without any sign of expansion... LOL :P
I don't know how many times this needs to be said: Moderators are not responsible for the programming of the site. We just moderate.
Like asking then gardener to cook for you: He doesn't want, and he probably can't. And the same is with mods. I think AG has three influential types of people: Mods, admins and programmers (I say that because not all the programmers are admins. Loads of them are though).

A smart person (Not me!!!) would point out that your brain has loads of free space in it (Think of a supercomputer. Now multiply that by a million. You might be close to the power of the brain).
Just to point it out: At the moment I can post pretty normally. Even a bit too fast. Which is nice though.
