Gemcraft Labyrinth is my absolute favorite - I like tower defense games well enough, but GL towers above the rest. Get it? towers? I'm an idiot.
Also, Last Stand: Dead Zone looks like it has the makings of a great MMO. I'm looking forward to new additions and updates.

I love Corporation Inc, because you can build your own company and stuff. Same with a hotel game, don't remember the name atm. It's pretty fun.

My favorite games on this site are Protector IV and IV.V, mainly because of the length and building up of units throughout the whole game that I very rarely see in Tower Defense games. I'd love to see another of those come out. I also like Amorphous Plus, Upgrade Complete 2, any of Jmbt02's (John's) games, which basically include anything with elephants, hedgehogs, or guys with giant hammers smashing turtles.

Right now, Warfare 1917. Spent a lot of time playing it, it just has mad replay value IMO.
