Abilities needed: Disruption (Maximum level) Block or Heroic Motivation
It's simple, just keep using Disruption on the Baron, because he cannot attack at all without focus. Paladin can then finish him off. Use Block or HM if you have to, but don't waste it on Vedarex, use it mainly on yourself and Paladin.
