It's the fact that we have all these hippies running around screaming "HUMAN RIGHTS HUMAN RIGHTS!", which makes it impossible for us to actually do anything that could harm anyone ever who didn't want to fight in the war. Bah! We need another Reagan-type figure: someone who's going to take office with a "This-is-what-I-said-and-that's-how-it's-going-to-be" attitude.
