Background:
I drew this in 45minutes during math class which is why it is on graph paper. I'm not in any classes for drawing, or even an art class. Sure I doodle every so often but nothing seriously like this. I did not trace it, I DID draw it. It is a copy from the album Plastic Beach by the Gorillaz. It seems i'm only able to draw well, if i see it. I'm not able to draw off the top of my head, any tips on doing that?

Sadly i'm not allowed to check books out anymore after losing the 3 books on space and time i had out...but that's besides the point, i suppose i can go to the any one of the art teachers and ask them for some help possibly, though i've never had a single one of them due to no time...
...
but anyways that was of some help, well maybe not the water part, like i've said i googled images and couldn't find any that were of any help...i will keep working on it and repost the finished version...

**It just occurred to me i didn't say that i google searched for help on drawing water but ended up failing...

Great eyes man. I can't really see to much to improve on, some areas might need to be blended a little more but that's it.

i really...REALLY hate eye lashes...I probably should have improved upon my first eye, though in all honesty I'm pretty sure these are the first realistic eyes i've ever drawn in my life...I wish i could say i was talented but all i did was render* it them, I really impressed myself with these, I'm working on noses now...DARN NOSES!!!

Wow the eye's are really, really good. I would love to see you draw a whole portrait of a cat or a cat's face.

Oh why thank you ...I'm actually drawing my own face right now...I know I had posted an inked drawing of myself in an earlier post but this will be rendered like my eyes were.

I have a picture of my cat Rico's face, I did attempt to draw it but ultimately quick...Fur and eyelashes really intimidate me >_< human hair is easier, unless you have a curly jew fro like myself i hate trying to draw my hair!

I'm not sure how I will be able to scan my self portrait in, considering the size of it...but i'll figure it out...

Awesome drawing and subject. That's what math class is for! Jk. I tried drawing in math, I got caught but luckily the teach didn't see what I was drawing, it was a bit graphic. ;P

As promised here are my noses, sorry I haven't had time to scan them in and luckily I brought my folder to my grandparents house to work on my self portrait, so I scanned in the noses and blah blah blah
Top - Megan Fox's Nose
Middle - Voldemort's Nose
Bottom - This random girl's nose at my school

unlike my other drawings this one was done without a reference point...ignore the scribbles over the eye...when I first drew it I didnt like it so scribbled it out and started drawing other things...but went back and finished it anyways and it turned out fine...

Trying to go digital with my art...it's hard! I can't see my hand drawing the picture, only the drawing showing up on the screen...

First drawing with my new tablet(i kept it simple so i could get used to the tablet, it's going to take me a while!):
