Post your playable Crush the Castle 2 maps. There are other threads for talking about CtC2. If it's not good for shooting at or interesting to look at don't put it here: NO castles that fall apart by themselves, NO random junk piles.

Everything I build is possible when I test it, but then I go and share it, and something botches the physics and not everyone dies who is supposed to die and not everything moves the way it moved before. This is something that I am doing wrong that can be fixed, or is this an unavoidable imperfection within the game that I am going to have to attempt to circumvent? I am not what you would call quite proficient in building, however a game should not exist where you build something that works and then it becomes impossible or only semi-possible after you share it.

@GeoffreyXIV - What you are doing in Permafrost is a little glitch in the game. First of all, you have TNT stuck in a trap so they will rarely all fall down unless they are free to do so - It might have happened if you settled just before you shared it.

Secondly, the weapons are programmed quite differently than the elements and props so sometimes they don't do what you want them to do. You had so much TNT under the steel bar that it shot the bar right through the stone! The stone didn't know what to do so just froze in mid air as you can see. There might be a way around it and I will see what I can do! In flash, as it is ladder logic, sometimes you just have to change where the element is placed in the formula to make a difference.

@GeoffreyXIV Try this code and notice the differences on how I stack the TNT and what is just above it. It sometimes does not do what you wanted it to do but then again, I didn't use enough TNT but, I left some spares there for you. You might have to adjust the crate position as well.

FYI, I don't share until I can beat it 10 times in a row. As well, I save it, leave the editor, play another game and come back. That way I know my cache is clear of the game I was editing.

@GeoffreyXIV I can tell how you intended to beat the level. After the stone flies up and breaks the ice, the regular and explosive crates fall down to the ground and hit the stone, which then launches a headstone towards the stone beam that then knocks into the tall wooden structure. Is this the correct solution?

If it is, the problem might be with the amount of regular crates you put in there. Rarely does an explosive crate fall directly onto the stone and ignite it. Usually they fall on top of regular crates that have fallen onto the stone, so nothing happens. When it did actually explode, it was not powerful enough to knock over the wood structure.

You had so much TNT under the steel bar that it shot the bar right through the stone! The stone didn't know what to do so just froze in mid air as you can see.

This is not something I missed, however this happened while I was testing it as well as after I had shared it. You must have fired the second shot after the first stone had already stopped, which is ultimately what causes the stone to remain frozen in midair even after the steel bar flies through it for some reason. Throwing your second stone while your first stone is in motion is what ensures that the stone will become airbourne with the bar, however it does not ever explode and that is where the problem begins. Arm_Candy is correct about the solution, but it surprises me that he even got the TNT to explode because I am unable to no matter how many times I try it now that it's shared. I will build a new version of Permafrost later on, decrease the number of wood crates, and make more room for the TNT at the top to escape so that the explosion is as powerful as it needs to be.

Do that later @GeoffreyXIV , you have a competition to enter!

I highly doubt that I will win that competition, especially on my first try, but playing castles that were previously entered in the competition helped improve my building skills enough to give me the confidence to enter. I entered Sorcery for Dummies and it should work if you shoot the projectiles in the correct order in the correct places. It was a hard theme to start with because I prefer to use projectiles such as stones and logs that can bounce and slide, however not being able to use them was a learning experience.
