@DaPatcho: It does drop from the Spectre. If you haven't gotten it yet, keep trying.
@Vicxyz: Not all of them. There's no strategy for the Pacifist achievement (which is kinda difficult to do since the Hydra's weak against Ice elementals and your attacks will be reasonably powerful with at least one point in Crystal Ice), nor is there one for Black Magic (though I came up with a decent strategy for it myself on page 2 of this guide). Obviously you won't get All Star from this guide unless you've already defeated the Mayor on Heroic with Bio and Psycho prior to this run.
