I take it you're on the one with the Specialist now? As Kingpong had said the first time, my conversation with him and others starting on page 3 should help you. I'll try to summarize it the best I can here for you: If you have the mining helmets given you at the end of the last zone, equip those on your party in place of whatever you have equipped for headgear. Equip also Riot Shields or Lavastone Barriers depending on the levels of everyone (couple those with Frozen Runeblades for Sonny and Vera, and an Azure Flatblade for Felicity), and other items that offer a boost to Vitality. The Physcial Defense boost provided by the helmets and the shields help greatly here, especially if the Hounds do what they did to me and fire off some criticals before you even get the chance to make your first turn. The Specialist's debuffs, including Black Metal (reduces healing effectiveness by 95%) can be quite irritating, but contrary to what you might think to do (attack Specialist first), you want to attack the one of the Hounds first; which one you start with doesn't matter. It may take a couple tries, but at this point you're so close to the Legend achievement that you don't want to give up. After that battle is finished, you can obviously return to the equipment setup you had before.
