Where I attack the Hound instead of the Specialist first? Yeah I did. At the time though I hadn't put on the physical defense and Vitality-boosting items yet, so I was still going down quickly. And yeah, I agree about losing some XP for Vera when I tried for the Black Magic achievement (I wasn't even thinking about that too much at the time). Definitely a flaw in the 1V1 strategy there, especially if on a Legend run, where you need every bit of XP you can squeeze out of your enemies. The Hounds are definitely a bit hardier than the Specialist, as they take less damage from my attacks than the Specialist. But yeah, I just need to keep trying until I finally get it, no matter how daunting the task seems.
