Every sight seems to have one or more of this type of forum, and I haven't seen one on this site, so here it is!
If I had to choose what was the creepiest thing I've ever seen, I'd have to say The Slender Man Chronicles (I like to call it that) on YouTube. If you haven't seen it here is a link to it
Ear Nose & Throat clinic. Frequented by patients who have had cancers in their jaw, sinuses, etc. Some of them are missing parts of their face as a result of resection. The most confronting one I've seen so far is a man who has one eye, but his nose, other eye and jaw had to be cut away in order to save his life. If you lifted the mask covering his head, you could see directly to the back of his throat, no tongue, not even an eye socket.
