I'll station the sniper guy somewhere very hidden where no one will notice a guy with a sniper rifle, and tell him to cover us. Then tell the other guy to cover the guy with the sniper rifle or, if need be, to come reinforce us if things get ugly. I tell the sniper to be ready to shoot out tires or something.
