I got a bunch of scores in Solipskier and a lot of them were in the top 25%. I exed the window out and then came back later and all my scores were gone. why did this happen and can i get the scores back??
i got a higher score (20,000,000) so i don't need my scores back but ive also noticed all the people that got in the billions in the high scores were removed. why?
We manually remove scores that appear to be bogus/hacked. However, it's on a game-by-game basis as our staff have time to review scores. I've been looking at an automated way to detect bogus scores for staff review, but it's not an easy process.
Unfortunately, if your scores were deleted as part of this process, we can only apologize, but cannot recover the data.
