If can be useful if the creator of a thread that asks help for something will be able to say if the replies was useful or not and maybe to have the autor of the answer gain some APs.
This should work better if we separate Support from Suggestion I think but at the moment all the suggestions goes in AG3 forum.

A very good idea, and the producers can skip the comments that were rated by multiple accounts of the same person.
It depends on how we build/rebuild the forums in AG3.
I think GetSatisfaction allows us to mark questions as "official company response" and users can vote up the best reply.
Do you think it would be too complicated to link the S&S to GS? It's been pretty helpful so far; I wanna see some more in-depth use to it
