After seeing jdogg's animation thread, I decided to download Pivot and give it a try.

I'm new at this, but it turned out better than I had expected. If anyone wants to try to make a better one about anything, go ahead, and feel free to post the results here.

I don't remember where I downloaded Pivot, but you should be able to find it through Google. It's a simple and FREE program.

Wow this is very good! Congrats!
I wonder if pivot 3.0 has an Edit mode option also in the main window... It would be useful for a 3d style sword moving...

You can't edit directly in the animation window, no. However, if you edit it when you turn the first time, and add every version with a different name, they'll all be there for your next 3D spin.

I uploaded the Zombie Slayer and the cactus prank to YouTube, with some music. I didn't make the music myself this time, though, because I wanted it to look professional :P

Your videos on youtube and your animations are great! I thought the cactus prank was funny.

Someone gave me the advice to start using "easing", and gave me a link to a tutorial

Easing pretty much means that you make very, very, very small changes at first, then speed it up, to make it look more realistic.

Anyways, I decided to try this out, and made this animation.

A bit hard to help when I don't know exactly what the problem is.

Did you save it as a GIF file? .piv files cannot be uploaded.
Are you signed up and logged in?
Have you tried using another site? I use ImageShack.

If the above doesn't help you'll have to give me more details about the problem

I've been playing around with "ghost frames", which are, for example, gray stickmen following your black stickman, giving the viewer the illusion of there being more frames per second than there is when the stickman is moving quickly.

Anyways, here are the results.
