Ooh, thats a tough one, since Ive never done either... I suppose the question is which would kill you quicker. I think the impact of falling off of Mount Everest might kill you quicker, depending on how far you fall. I think it also has more of a chance for survival if you do not die from the impact, since you could fall off only a foot or two, so I will go with that.
