For games? Yeah. But if you want to make a clan or join one people usually make another account with the clan tags name in it. Like this account was originally for a clan called Ghosts.

Jroyster22 is an administrator - he works for Armor Games. If you send him an email with the email associated with your account at justin@armorgames.com he can delete your account. And yes, you can create another one.
