If it was just pokemon v.s. Yu-gi-oh id say pokemon, but the pokemon card game was a let down so i'd say Yu-gi-oh

Yu-Gi-Oh is way better.....Ive played both card games and Yu-Gi-Oh is more challenging which I like a good challenge.....I was the King of the Cards on my block when I was playing it lol

Oh my gosh, I have this Level 100 Charizard! It knows Fire Blast---No, not Fire Blast! BLAST BURN! And it can beat all the Mudkips in the world...(Until I make the ultimate Mudkip)

Yu-gi-oh is better in terms, but it's hard to compare the two since they have completely different rules. Whereas Yu-Gi-Oh you can attack freely, Pokemon you need those energy cards. And they are hard to come by.
