Well it isnt necessarily the Underdark on its own, the Underdark engulfed and connected itself to it.
(If tyat was a serious request) should I take off the LA for Orcs, Half-Fiends, Doppelgangers and full Drow too? This particular detriment is relative, though being a half-breed you're pretty SOL either way <.<
