Drow society is highly androgynous, except for the Spider Priestesses of Lolth.

Tala pulls her face shroud up and observes the Drow.

How much would it cost for someone to cast permanent Darkvision on you? Still doing equipment.

More along the lines of matriarchal, but there are some that aren't.
