For whatever reason, YouTube won't let me post response messages, so I'll add my notes here to clarify several things:
---
0:58 "by this point, the staff at Armor Games are going to be releasing a lot more invitations"
We can send out invite codes to users who manually sign up, whether we get 400 users or 20 users signed up since the previous beta release.
Once our planned list of features is finished, what we call being "feature complete", only *then* will we open up beta.armorgames.com to anyone who wants to visit the site, and won't need an invite code to participate.
---
2:15 "giant white space left over"
This will be apparent when we launch ag3, we have plans for that area, it's just not on beta yet.
---
3:15 "went through and took non-pixelated pictures of the thumbnails"
Well, yeah, of course we are... it's a long process.
---
5:34 "i think this was the newest update"
No, the Public Square activity stream was enabled in our last release (R10), we've just added way more stuff to it as outlined in our newsletter today. The reason that only admins show up right now is because we're the ones testing the code before the beta release goes out. Eventually, it'll show all public data that you have access to.

6:55 "what the migration of your friends list from ag2 did is it made everybody your follower, except there are some other people here that decided to follow me."
Close ... To clarify: people you add to your Friend list here on AG2 are now people you "follow" ... under a tab called "People you are Following". People that added you as THEIR friend on AG2 became YOUR follower, and that's who shows up in the "People Following You" box on the right side... You eventually figured some of this out, but wanted to clarify that much.
You can send a friend request to anyone by clicking a button on their profile (something you didn't demo), which will give you a higher level of privacy controls, but the other person has to accept your friend request.
I had the idea of automatically setting up a friend relationship between users if they were following each other, but given the privacy controls, we didn't want to assume that doing this would be okay with everybody, so we played it save and kept everyone at the follower/following level to start.

8:50 "I don't know why there's a star behind that text"
The star showing up behind the text is a bug.
But the star is our universal "favorite" indicator on AG3. That way, under the Gaming History tab, you'll be able to quickly identify which games you played which were or weren't one of your favorites. The 'history' tab will show the last 10 games you've played.
---
9:10 one thing that I'd like to see that they took away in AG2 was the "random" game
We're looking at several ways to do that in AG3, such as a daily featured game, or maybe per hour. A truly randomly-selected game every time the page loads is too resource intensive, which is why it was removed from AG2.
---
10:00 "users that are online or not"
We're looking at different ways to show that sort of status, but for now you have to watch your activity stream to see if your friends have done something to trigger an activity stream message. If you haven't seen them do something in the past 15+ minutes, chances are good they're no longer online.
---
10:30 "I have AdBlock on"
Please white-list armorgames.com for ads. It's our "bread and butter" ... how we make our revenue and pay employees, and also how we make license deals with game developers to bring the best games to AG, not to mention paying a team of web developers to make something like AG3.
