I've never rode on an ATV so I can't comment much about one.

But if you want to exercise and actually use your legs for something then get the dirt bike.

I just noticed, that he could've meant dirt bike as in the motorcycle instead of the bicycle.

Hmm, I'd say that the ATV looks safer so if you want safety go with the ATV.

ATV by far, I've never rode a dirt bike, but when I had my ATV, it was so fun going out to El Mirage in So. Cal and riding all around and it was fun just because of the rush you get the open ground before you and dust clouds behind.

i have a atv and i can out ride anyone with an dirtbike. but ther r fun to ride. i race harescrambls and i race gncc.

and atvs arnt that safe i have wrecked mine lots of tims but i am a fast rider.

I never rode a dirt bike but when I rode an ATV I felt awesome. I know a friend that has both of them and he says a dirt bike is better. But if I want safety, I would take the ATV.

ATV they are easier to control and can handle much rougher terrain
