If you want a profile like mine (5000 kills, 500 deaths) setup up every one of your games like the following:
Game Type: Elimination (so you can fit more kills into one match).
Opponents: 9 (There are more enemies around to kill). Difficulty: Easiest (So it is easy to kill them). Lives: 25 (This means you will get LOADS of kills in one match, instead of the normal 25).
Damage Mod: x4 (1 shot kill). Ego Mode: On/Off (Doesn't matter, put ego mode on if you want headshots though). Weapons: Sniper (1 shot kill).
Map: Plant (Plant great for spawn kills, especially the places at the top and bottom of the map.)
