okay, so I can link people to my page on Armor Games, or use the "Link to us" link to link people to the site? And can I post the link anywhere? Are there any restrictions on where I can post the link? And if someone clicks on the link, and signs up for an account then I get points?

Are you kidding me? Look at the post right above yours! That help page will tell you how to get referrals and merits.
