Apperently it's a big hot topic right now, so I want to know how gamers feel about it?

Its not necessarily about majority. If you ask seniors, you'll find that the majority of them are against gay marriage, while if you ask people who are 18 and under its the other way around.

Ya that's true too. I don't see how people in the Republican party (who is becoming more and more represented by outdated ideas) don't realize how they need to let go of those ideas. As time goes on more and more people are going to stop following the Bible word for word and they are going to be in trouble.

Who knows, maybe in a few years Texas will allow gay marriage as well?

I think that Texas is going to take a very long time to sway, but you never know.

True. Voxpopuli is not a measure of 'right'. Rewind a couple of hundred years, the majority would have advocated slavery. Does that make them right.

As for the US, I'm convinced if that it wasn't for religion, the US would probably be one of the free-est and fairest nations in the world. It needs to learn to stop messing with people's liberty.

Serbia and the US may be anti-gay, but the entire rest of the world isn't.

I'm pretty sure if you have read the news recently you would have known that 3 states one after another legalized gay marriage. talk about ignorance, and here you have it.

I think we should accept gays in our culture like the rest of the world

The rest of the world does not accept gays, maybe most of Europe, but not the rest. Maybe a few exceptions. You people fail to realize that America is 10x as accepting of gays as alot of the world. In some countries, being gay is a capital offense, while in many others they are shunned by society.

You need to understand that most of these countries aren't recognised by most other countries as legitimately priding themselves on giving their people equal rights and freedom. What I'm saying is that you backwards rednecks that disagree with pro homosexuality should know better. By the way, can you explain to me why homosexual marriage shouldn't be legal? Religious reasons aren't constitutional so they're irrelevant and not valid. Do you have anything? Anything at all?

America is very free and peaceful, yea right, you should remind yourself what kind of genocides they made and then tell me about my countrys ignorance.

We have never committed an unjustifiable 'genocide'. Sure, we may have slaughtered a few hundred people at a time, but the perpetrators are often hanged for it.

No,I wont shut up,almost everyone thinks that gays arent normal, they just dont want to argue with you.
the midwest isnt "everybody". your homophobic friends arent "everybody". give me three reasons why homophobia is no better than racism. being gay isnt a choice, it is something you are born with. ask yourself: "WHEN DID YOU CHOOSE -NOT- TO BE GAY?" no, puberty doesnt count. its not something they can control. the rapant homophobia that often couples conservatism flies in the face of your freedom-and-small-government ideology. stop being a hypocrit and stop being a bigot.

3/50. Besides, a good deal of the states are still strongly anti-homosexual. And hey, thanks for not being inflammatory.

Anyone remember a little conflict known as the Bosnian War in which ethnic genocide was rampant throughout the region? Talk about being well informed.

You really don't know how to have an intelligent discussion, do you...

"WHEN DID YOU CHOOSE -NOT- TO BE GAY?"
Some people do actually actively choose. Probably mainly bisexuals who really could go either way but just prefers to go one.
Personally I'm still working on fixing my bisexuality to be homosexuality, but it's pretty dang hard to change orientation.

Oh, and... You do not choose what you're attracted to, but you do choose whether or not you act on your attractions.

Not liking porn at the age of 10 doesn't make you gay. Nor does your friends calling you a freak make you gay either.
