If you haven't played it before, CoD is good, the Left4Dead series is fun and really never gets old, Plants vs. Zombies is lighter and more casual but still really fun, even the Lego games are okay.

Here's a list of Xbox 360 exclusives. Personally, I like Halo, Gears of War, Left 4 dead, and some others.
