Uhm, this is not a question on what it takes, this is a GUIDE to what it takes. Please always read the opening post no matter what thread you are reading, otherwise your posts will seem ignorant.

i think to become a moderator you have to be a certain age, been in armor games a certain time, have to help people with situations, and be MATURE.

Well it's not really up to debate... read the OP.

Is there a limit to the amount of people on the moderation team?

I think it's a case of if a new moderator is required.

Technically, there is no limit. But with the number of mods active, the less need for more to be added.

You guys do a wonderful job running this site. I love the minimal ads if any at all and the structure and setup of everything. Keep up the great work!!

If you had dozens of them on the team, it would be a more relaxing job for them and you'd have more active people to report things to, but it could also lead to total chaos if they were to disagree with each other on how to handle something.

it could also lead to total chaos if they were to disagree with each other on how to handle something.

Which is why they typically have someone to lead them.

Would that be the admins or would there be a mod leading the mods?

Moderating sounds hard

It's very complicated and hard work for mods to make a safe environment on the site.
