They're already working onlive chat, and yeah, I like the other ideas. But for the custom armatar, they won't do it. Well, at least not for a year or so.
All of these suggestions have been suggested already. Please peruse the forums before you make a suggestion to make sure it hasn't been suggested already.

Multiplayer Game section. We've already discussed whether to make this a category or not, but for AG3 launch, we'll just have it as a 'tag', and you will be able to find other games based on a tag, so it should be easy enough to find and bookmark.
As Gantic said (and I've said several times, if you'd read the Armatar thread), custom armatars are a LONG way away, maybe a year or more. There are too many issues involved with screening, copyright, licensing, etc.
