Do you have shock-wave installed on your computer? If not I suggest getting the latest shock-wave player.

It also depends on your internet security. If you don't allow anything to install/download on its own, it can't be there. See if there is a toolbar at the top of the screen that gives you the option to load/install whatever. If not, try going to Shockwave and downloading the player there...

set all your internet security and internet options to default they get messed up occasionally.
