No, not in AG2 but, in AG3 it may or may not be.

well, theres a bb code guide in the newcomers forum so that you can upload a pic IN THE FORUM...

in the AG3 section they already said that custom armatars weren't allowed in AG3 or AG2 [url=http://armorgames.com/community/thread/7805016/ideas-and-discussions-about-armatars-no-custom-armatars] here[/url

It's not. The custom and uploading armatars idea was recently denied by popular demand.
