Red5 experience?

Posted Sep 16, '11 at 7:43pm PixelSmash 567 posts	This is a long shot, but here goes. Does anyone have any experience with setting up a Red5 media server? I've done some FMS coding in the past, but that had nothing to do with installing and configuring the server itself, and I feel it's a little too much for me to handle. I'm trying to get it to work (for now) on localhost, with a standard xampp setup, but no luck so far. So, if anyone has any experience and is willing to help me familiarize with Red5, I'd be very happy! Thanks in advance!

Posted Sep 24, '11 at 8:04pm PixelSmash 567 posts	Turns out the problem is more related to the version than anything, I could install & run Red5 0.9.1 final without any problems while v1.0 wouldn't work no matter what I did. Once I uninstalled that and switched to a previous version, the problem was gone :D
