So far as I know it isnt released on AG yet but it has been released on Kongregate so it should be here soon. Anyways thought Id make a thread for discussion ahead of the crowd. Thoughts? What you like? What was dumb? Just throw things out there and make sure its not spam.
I like it. I only played a couple stages because I'm waiting until it's on Armor, but it seemed awesome. It did not bring back the arrow thing on the castle, which I thought was not good to begin with... Lots of new upgrades. This seems like a marked improvement of a game that has been improving since it's inception.
Honestly for me epic war 4 and 5 were complete disappointments for me because with epic war 1 it was a new game that just came out you know, it was good, then the second one came and in my opinion I think it's the best of them all mainly because it's more challenging and it has a different playing style, and then there was the major difference in epic war 3 where they then added heroes, made the gameplay different, and in my opinion made it easier. So then he created epic war 4 and 5 to keep the series going but I honestly think that he's running out of ideas and that epic war 4 and 5 are just knock-offs of epic war 3.
I'd say the developers are running out of Ideas, since you can see some of the old units are still there, like Viegraff The Red who first appeared in Epic War 3. I'd say the developers are actually running out of ideas or that they just want to impress players with some classical units that they used in the past, such as the hobbit that made its appearance in Epic War 1 and 2, but was not included in 3 or 4 until 5 came out. That is just basically my thought.
