when I click in quick play
appears the mensage "joining game..."
and the game don't start

Its the same here. My guess is there's something up with the server its on.

If it has been fixed, and if you're still looking at a game that appears to load but doesn't, I'd say good chance you're blocking something at your end.

These issues get regularly dicussed; some thoughts of mine on it are here.
