I think it's any Lypozene (Lipozene?) commercial, hands down
I hate it for the music, the fact that it insinuates everything about how you can lose "natural" body fat (instead of artificial? wtf XD) and how it says over and over again how you can try it for 30 days, risk free (can you have a risky trial? besides in court) But I hate it mostly for the horrible music
