do you do it with a simple copy and paste?

No... Go to the image. Right click on it. Choose, "Copy Image URL." Press the blue button above the comment box that says "Image" and paste the URL, and make sure to get rid of the "http://" that's already there. Alternatively, copy the url again (right click and all that) and type [img] URL HERE [/ img] but without the space between the / and the img.
