Yes, this really has less to do with the site than you think. Most games load fairly quickly on my machine, it depends more on how good your machine is. It also depends on the game, better graphics and more gameplay means a longer loading time.
that, and it depends a lot on your internet connection, I recently change providers and can load the longest games in about 20 seconds, so that makes a lot of the difference, that and the game like sonnymasta said =)
