The Rules and Guidelines link is always there, but people ignore it. i didnt even notice it until i made my 100th comment.
The Help Page I couldnt find a direct page to the help page. Shouldnt it be somewhere noticeable? I have no idea how to get there, only when people post a link.
Am i just stupid or are those not noticeable. Im known to make mistakes so tell me if im completely wrong.
