THE THIRD TIME IS THE CHARM!
As some of you might already know. I'm Moon. This is my third attempt at keeping a thread alive.
It's totally gonna die,
and I might cry.
But it's worth a try :3
^ Poem of the OP. Please Help the poem prove itself wrong, and don't let it die. Donate your time and feedback to this poor thread, so it can feed it's baby poems. :>
Anyways. I'm not really sure what all this will contain, I just hope there will actually be people willing to help me become better at whatever I try to do. So... I guess that means I will be writing (duh), drawing, and other artsy-fartsy stuff I shall attempt.
So... That's all I have for the OP! I hope that all onlookers will enjoy what I do!

Mega, I don't come here often, so rushing me with ideas won't get you anywhere. :P
Ok. I'll be busy with Skyrim anyways :P
Ummm.... my favorite style of poetry depends on my mood :P
Haiku for the win. Only because I am not a huge poetry fan. These are pretty short, sweet, and to the point. Plus I don't know the names of any other type. I am willing to read anything though.
Yeah, ive taken a break from poetry(and armor games) and would like to continue my love for both. ( i hope that makes sense.)
I guess what i would like to seeeeee......
Maybe Concrete Poems? I've never seen anyone on AG try a concrete poem. Maybe you'de haave to take a pic of it, or somthing but that would definatly be unique!
Thank you for the suggestion faunbard! I would like to try that....
Hmm. I think I might have something (eventually)
Maybe you could.... Do one on....
The wonders of claustraphobia?
(protip: Claustraphobia rhymes with Afraid of small spaces. Nawt.)
I'd like to see some stuffs.
Armor Games is pwn,
Grammar, to me,
isn't a word.
Like a penguin,
A flightless bird.
makes no sense.
So lettuce let the insanity,
and simple thought,
I might as well
Well. This is the latest thing I've written, although it was merely for humour. I'm thinking about keeping some sort of journal type thing here while I'm in Ireland. It probably wouldn't make sense to you guys... Maybe I'll just take pictahs. People like pictures, right?
Well. This is the latest thing I've written, although it was merely for humour.
Which i liked.
I'm thinking about keeping some sort of journal type thing here while I'm in Ireland.
People like pictures, right?
Ofcourse we like pictahs! When will you post 'em?
People like pictures, right?
Everyone likes pics. Especially those of us that are so lazy they don't want to read, but I do read most posts.
The following pictures are from my band trip to Ireland. Sorry if it's bad quality, but they were taken on my phone. It's about 30 something pictures, and I hope they all load in one post :<
This one was taken in St. Patrick's Cathedral
This is the roof of the Cathedral, I just thought it looked really cool :3
Marsh's Library was the first public library ( or so I was told ). But feel free to google the stuffs.
I believe this is still St. Patty's.
St. Patty is almost done with, don't worry.
No idea where I took this, but it's preeeetyyyyy.
Really bad quality, but I had to zoom in on my phone because it was so far away. It's under some construction and such, so that was as close as we could get. :<
Blarney's Castle! Google the history and that, if you really want to know about it. :P
This is the view from on top of the Castle.
A better view from on top of the Castle.
This is Blarney, my crow friend I made at the top.
At this point, I don't even know why I left Ireland. T,T
IT'S JUST SO DANG PRETTY OUT THERE.
I think I'll try to buy a house there, one day. Because I will return to Ireland.
I WANNA GO BAAAAAACK
Monastic Ireland Statue thingie
This area is where you'll find the only Irish Gaelic speaking population.
Bad quality D: But as you can see, very rough living conditions and such.
THE HILLS ARE ALIIIIIIIVE
This is my friend, Sheepy the Sheep!
Really bad quality, but it's a lovely little town. The name is too confusing for you to type and pronounce, sorry.
We rode this path in a tour bus. A HUGE TOUR BUS.
I think I'm in love with this land.
That's it. I'm walking to Ireland now.
Somehow, I will find a way to walk on water.
YOU GUYS SHOULD ALL GO TO IRELAND.
Sorry if any picture was too big or too small, I suck at making picture posts. :<
Anyways. Yeah! I was in Ireland for a week and a half, and I marched in a parade in Killarney, Ireland! It as very fun, and I enjoyed most of this trip.
And so it ends, Irish Ireland.
I believe this is still St. Patty's.
I know the Irish (and American!) accent makes it sound like 'Patty', but it is actually Paddy. *acts like a know-it-all*: The name, "Paddy", is a diminutive form of Padraic ("Patrick" and, depending on context, can used either as an affectionate or a pejorative reference to an Irishman.
If you don't know an Irishman's name, his name is Paddy.
The 7th picture looks the spitting image of a building I've passed a couple of times in London :O
Lovely pictures! I'd like to go to Ireland but the Irish accent would get on my last nerve.
You still have not made Dango tree! I will not rest until I get my dango tree and critique you on every intimate detail of it!
Well keep drawing if you truly have nothing better to do! You have a skill, exercise it! Don't just sit there all by yourself doing nothing, or you'll regret it later!
So. I totally had a poem written. But due to my lack of knowledge in the layout of a MacBook, it's gone. T-T It isn't like it matters, though :<
Well. Yeah. I've been gone. I'm somewhat backish. But I probably won't be for long. *shrug* Sorru.
As I stare down the barrel to his bayonet knife,
I can't help but wonder if I will really lose my life.
Fighting for a freedom that seemed so sweet,
But reality hit me hard, and it made me knees weak.
I realized that we could never win this war;
England's army is our size, times forty-four...
We have farmers with pitchforks
And boys with no aim.
They have men who have missions,
And their whole lives to train.
I look at the redcoat with a smile on my face,
I point my gun up, and he meets his fate.
My body runs cold now, and my tears hit the ground,
I hope to be remembered, and I hope our freedom is found.
I know this isn't really EXACTLY Independence Day, but this is like a part one thing.
I hear the rumble of a far-away boom,
Probably fireworks, I aptly assume.
People don't even care about the true meaning,
They just want to throw parties with barbecue eatings.
I don't care about the parties and fun,
I would rather remember the damage that was done.
My ancestors fought for this country's Independence,
We went from colonies to a country; an astonishing transcendence.
We parted from the ignorant England,
Bid adieu to Europe's control.
And because we fought for our rights,
On this wonderful night,
We became the nation; free, and whole.
They are combined into one, but please understand the massive gap in time between the two.
