Yours is really funny goumas he kind of looks like a fat guy straining to lift the weight as well. Although, fat guys don't have muscles that big.

Hokusai was a great Japanese artist. He made a really famous painting "The Great Wave off Kanagawa", which -obviously- depicts a great wave.
San is just used to show respect towards a person, like Mr. or Sir.
Joudeki dayo I think means good performance, good job.

Now, its time for me to continue watching the Seven Samurai.
